         a) Iscrizione alla Camera di Commercio, Industria, Artigianato ed Agricoltura per l’attività competente oppure (se ricorre) iscrizione nel registro o albo delle società cooperative; in ogni caso l’oggetto sociale dell’impresa deve comprendere ovvero essere coerente con l’oggetto della gara;

         b) Iscrizione all’Albo dei soggetti abilitati alla gestione delle attività di liquidazione e di accertamento dei tributi e quelle di riscossione dei tributi e di altre entrate delle Province dei Comuni di cui all’art. 53 del D.Lgs. 446/1997

         • Di aver svolto regolarmente e con buon esito nell’ultimo triennio (2022-2021-2020) servizi analoghi a quello oggetto della concessione per conto di almeno tre Enti pubblici locali :

         Per servizio analogo si intende aver prestato servizio in Enti con popolazione pari o superiore a 10.000 abitanti;

         PER IL LOTTO2:

         • Di aver svolto regolarmente e con buon esito nell’ultimo triennio servizi analoghi a quello oggetto della concessione per conto di almeno tre Enti pubblici locali,

         Per servizio analogo si intende aver prestato servizio in Enti con popolazione pari o superiore a 70.000 abitanti;

         PER ENTRAMBI I LOTTI:

         • essere in possesso della Certificazione di qualità UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 specifica per l"attività di accertamento e riscossione dei tributi rilasciata da organismi accreditati idonea, pertinente e proporzionata all’oggetto dell’affidamento.
