Il contratto è stato modificato in corso di esecuzione ai sensi dell"art. 106 comma 1 lett.c) e comma 2 D.lgs. 50/2016.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Nell’anno in corso 2023, per l’Istituto sono intervenute alcune situazioni nuove, imponderabili e non prevedibili al momento dell’avvio della procedura di gara indetta il 31 dicembre 2021, conclusasi con la firma del contratto in essere, che impegnano l’INAPP, sia dal punto di vista delle linee di attività che finanziario, su nuovi fronti.Infatti, con la Convenzione stipulata in data 31 marzo 2023 è stata formalizzata la delega all’Istituto per lo svolgimento di attività a valere sul Piano nazionale Giovani, donne e lavoro del FSE+ nel ruolo di Organismo Intermedio, e successivamente è stato approvato il Piano di Attuazione da parte dell’ANPAL-AdG ai sensi dell’art. 71, paragrafo 3, del Regolamento (UE) n. 1060/2021. Di conseguenza, l’INAPP ha predisposto il “Piano di dettaglio per annualità 2023-2026” riferito ad otto specifiche Operazioni.
