Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

In seguito al recesso unilaterale dal contratto stipulato in data 14/03/2022, voluto dall"appaltatore ATI "CONSORZIO INTEGRA SOC. COOP. (CAP) - ACCIONA AGUA S.A.", in data 06/11/2023 è stato stipulato il contratto con il nuovo appaltatore ATI "ALBERGO APPALTI S.R.L. (CAP.) - CIRCET ITALIA S.P.A. - EDIL ALTA S.R.L.".L"importo di aggiudicazione e del contratto d"appalto è variato da € 16.610.849,79 (valore del contratto stipulato in data 14/03/2022 con l"ATI "CONSORZIO INTEGRA SOC. COOP. (CAP) - ACCIONA AGUA S.A.") ad € 18.424.552,60 (valore del contratto stipulato con l"ATI "ALBERGO APPALTI S.R.L. (CAP.) - CIRCET ITALIA S.P.A. - EDIL ALTA S.R.L." in data 06/11/2023).
