         Procedura aperta europea ai sensi dell’Art. 71 del D. Lgs. N. 36/2023 per la fornitura di N. 1 “SPETTROMETRO A TRASFORMATA DI FOURIER (FT-IR) AD ALTA RISOLUZIONE, EVACUABILE E MODULARE” per le esigenze del Progetto dal titolo "Earth-Moon-Mars", Codice Identificativo: “IR0000038”, Area ESFRI “Physical Science and Engineering, Codice Unico di Progetto: C53C22000870006, Codice Identificativo di Gara: A022CDFC38, ammesso a finanziamento nell’ambito degli "Interventi" previsti dalla "Missione 4", denominata "Istruzione e Ricerca", "Componente 2", denominata "Dalla Ricerca alla Impresa" ("M4C2"), "Linea di Investimento 3.1", denominata "Rafforzamento e creazione di Infrastrutture di Ricerca", del "Piano Nazionale di Ripresa e Resilienza" ("PNRR").

         La fornitura fa parte delle dotazioni del laboratorio di spettroscopia del progetto. La strumentazione da acquistare verrà integrata insieme ad una cella di gas attualmente disponibile presso il laboratorio PLAB dello IAPS. Le ottiche di interfaccia tra lo spettrometro di Fourier oggetto della presente fornitura e la suddetta cella di gas saranno installate in vuoto in modo da limitare al massimo la contaminazione di gas esterni, in particolare il vapor d’acqua. Il sistema completo permetterà lo studio dettagliato delle proprietà ottiche di gas rilevanti per le atmosfere planetarie, in particolare Marte ma non solo. Il laboratorio di spettroscopia molecolare farà parte diuna rete infrastrutturale estesa, che è uno degli obiettivi più importanti del progetto EMM.
