VII.2.1)Description of the modifications

Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

a causa di circostanze impreviste e imprevedibili è stato incrementato il prezzo di n. 4 vedette velocissime multiruolo classe "V.7000", appositamente individuate dall"organo tecnico, di 13,90% per ciascuna piattaforma al netto del rischio di impresa pari al 10% ex art. 1664 c.c.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

La variazione rientra nell"ipotesi di cui all"art. 106, c.1 , lett. c), del Decreto legislativo 18 aprile 2016, n. 50, in quanto: (1) la necessita della modifica è determinata da circostanze impreviste e imprevedibili, riconducibili all"emergenza epidemiologica da Covid19 ed al conflitto russo- ucraino, che hanno determinato un aumento dei prezzi delle materie prime occorrenti per la produzione delle unità navali in argomento, dell"energia e della filiera logistica, parametrati all" "indice generale dei prezzi alla produzione e dell"industria" ISTAT; (2) la modifica non altera la natura generale del contratto.
