        L’appalto ha per oggetto la fornitura di energia elettrica, per utenze in media e bassa tensione diverse dalle domestiche e dall’illuminazione pubblica (come definite nell’art. 2, comma 2, del testo integrato allegato A alla Delibera ARG/elt 654/2015/EEL del 23/12/2015 e s.m.i.), alle strutture di Siciliacque allacciate alle reti locali di distribuzione dell’energia elettrica, per la durata di nr. 1 annualità (dal 01/01/2024 al 31/12/2024), con opzione di rinnovo del contratto per successivi nr. 1 anni (dal 01/01/2025 al 31/12/2025).

        L’appalto ha per oggetto la fornitura di energia elettrica, per utenze in media e bassa tensione diverse dalle domestiche e dall’illuminazione pubblica (come definite nell’art. 2, comma 2, del testo integrato allegato A alla Delibera ARG/elt 654/2015/EEL del 23/12/2015 e s.m.i.), alle strutture di Siciliacque allacciate alle reti locali di distribuzione dell’energia elettrica, per la durata di nr. 1 annualità (dal 01/01/2024 al 31/12/2024), con opzione di rinnovo del contratto per successivi nr. 1 anni (dal 01/01/2025 al 31/12/2025).

        I prelievi annuali stimati ammontano complessivamente a 67.012 (sessantasettemilazerododici) MWh. Tale quantità è da considerarsi presunta e finalizzata all’individuazione del fornitore, pertanto la ditta aggiudicataria dell’appalto dovrà comunque erogare la fornitura di energia elettrica sulla base dell’effettivo fabbisogno.
