II.2.4)Description of the procurement at the time of conclusion of the contract:

L’appalto ha per oggetto implementazione di servizi finalizzati al monitoraggio strumentale in via sperimentale di fenomeni franosi nel territorio della regione Puglia (3 siti di frana nel Sub-Appennino Dauno, 2 siti rappresentativi di frane in roccia lungo la costa e 1 sito interessato da sprofondamenti) per finalità di protezione civile connesse alle attività di previsione esercitate dal centro funzionale decentrato della regione Puglia. L’importo a base di gara è pari a 1.445.700,00 EUR (un milione quattrocentoquarantacinquemilasettecento/00 euro) oltre IVA di cui 45.000,00 EUR (quarantacinquemila/00 euro) per oneri per la sicurezza scaturenti dal DUVRI non soggetti a ribasso d"asta. Il costo della manodopera ai sensi dell"art. 23, comma 16 del D.Lgs. n. 50/2016 ammonta a 300.000,00 EUR (trecentomila/00). La stazione appaltante si riserva la facoltà di rinnovare la sola assistenza tecnica per una durata massima di mesi 12 e per un importo di 90.000,00 EUR (novantamila/00 euro). L"importo complessivo presunto dell"appalto comprensivo del periodo di rinnovo del servizio di assistenza tecnica ammonta a 1.535.700,00 EUR (un milione cinquecentotrentacinquemilasettecento/00 euro).

VII.2.1)Description of the modifications

Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Nel corso dell’esecuzione del servizio di assistenza tecnica, avviato a valle del completamento della fornitura e dell’installazione del sistema di monitoraggio, la società CAE S.p.A. ha documentato e riferito in merito al danneggiamento accidentale del punto di rilevazione piezometrica PZ4 nel sito di Motta Montecorvino. Il danno è stato causato da un mezzo agricolo durante le operazioni di aratura del campo al limite del quale è situato lo strumento. L’aratro ha frantumato il tombino di protezione e strappato i cavi del piezometro, danneggiando i due sensori piezometrici allocati all’interno.

Ai fini del ripristino del punto di misura si sono resi necessari i seguenti interventi:

• sostituzione del pozzetto e del cavidotto

• fornitura e installazione di due sensori piezometrici

• calibrazione dei sensori e ri-configurazione del piezometro.
