         L’offerta deve essere corredata dalla garanzia provvisoria, come definita dall’art. 106 del D.Lgs. n. 36/2023, pari al 2% dell’importo dell’appalto relativo al singolo lotto; b) Per l’aggiudicatario: cauzione definitiva nella misura e nei modi previsti dall’art. 117 del D.Lgs. n. 36/2023.

         L’intervento di tipo misto, come da attestazione di copertura finanziaria a firma del Direttore Amministrazione finanza e controllo del 27/09/2023, è così ripartito:- 50% dell’importo derivante dal PdI - Cronoprogramma degli investimenti per le annualità 2020-2023_Delibera AIP n. 97 del 18-11-2022; - 50% dell’importo come componente tariffaria dei costi operativi efficientabili secondo l’attuale metodo tariffario idrico.

         I pagamenti saranno effettuati con le modalità previste dal CSA. Per quanto attiene ai pagamenti trova applicazione l"art. 3 della L. n. 136/2010 in tema di tracciabilità dei flussi finanziari.
