      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         fornitura di n. 2 autobus nuovi omologati per il trasporto di persone e dotati di piattaforma di sollevamento per disabili, con le caratteristiche costruttive previste dalle direttive europee in materia, e le caratteristiche tecniche di seguito dettagliatamente elencate.

         Gli Autobus di nuova immatricolazione ed i relativi accessori dovranno:

         - essere costruiti in conformità a tutte le norme e disposizioni di legge vigenti in materia di sicurezza e prevenzione infortuni

         - possedere le caratteristiche di efficienza energetica e di emissioni di carbonio e sostanze inquinanti previste dalle Linee Guida DNSH Inv 1.1.1 "Infrastrutture sociali di comunità"

         - utilizzare materiali conformi alle normative vigenti e del Codice della Strada.

         - Essere forniti seguendo le direttive delle Norme UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 riguardanti la progettazione, trasformazione, allestimento, manutenzione ed assistenza tecnica di veicoli industriali, minibus, scuolabus e veicoli specifici per il trasporto disabili.

         Gli autobus dovranno possedere, a pena di esclusione dalla gara, le seguenti caratteristiche tecniche descritte e specificate nel Capitolato d’appalto allegato al presente Disciplinare:
