         L’appalto ha per oggetto l’affidamento dei servizi tecnici attinenti l’ingegneria e l’architettura per la direzione lavori e il coordinamento della sicurezza in fase di esecuzione ex D.Lgs. 81/2008 relativa all’adeguamento sismico ed efficientamento energetico presso l’Istituto Tecnico Agrario Statale “A. Tosi” di Codogno (Finanziato dall’Unione Europea – Next Generation EU – M4C1I3.3). Nell’espletamento del servizio dovranno essere riportate tutte le disposizioni legislative nazionali, regionali e locali, nonché i regolamenti e le norme tecniche in materia di progetti e appalti pubblici, cui dovranno essere conformati attività e prodotti.

         L’incarico consiste nella direzione lavori espletata ai sensi del decreto 7 marzo 2018 n. 49 ed ai sensi dell’art. 114 e all’allegato II.14 del D.Lgs. 36/2023, nonché all’espletamento delle funzioni di coordinatore della sicurezza in fase di esecuzione ex D.Lgs. 81/2008 per i lavori di adeguamento sismico e miglioramento energetico dell’edificio.
