          La stazione appaltante si riserva di prorogare il contratto per una durata massima pari a 24 mesi ai prezzi, patti e condizioni stabiliti nel contratto.

          L’importo stimato di tale opzione è pari a € 200.000,00 al netto di Iva. L’esercizio di tale facoltà è comunicato all’appaltatore almeno 60 giorni prima della scadenza del contratto.

          In casi eccezionali, il contratto in corso di esecuzione può essere prorogato per il tempo strettamente necessario alla conclusione della procedura di individuazione del nuovo contraente se si verificano le condizioni indicate all’articolo 120, comma 11, del Codice. In tal caso il contraente è tenuto all’esecuzione delle prestazioni oggetto del contratto agli stessi prezzi, patti e condizioni previsti nel contratto.

          La stazione appaltante si riserva di modificare il contratto in corso di esecuzione, nel caso di aumento o diminuzione del personale interessato dall’ambito di applicazione del presente appalto, o per eventuale revisione dei prezzi ai sensi dell’art. 60 del codice, nei limiti dell’importo di € 100.000,00 iva esclusa.
