         Servizio di progettazione di fattibilità tecnico-economica e del progetto esecutivo dell’iniziativa “Hydrogen Hub Trieste” ai sensi della vigente normativa in materia (D.Lgs. 36/2023 e ss.mm.ii.) e di quanto previsto nel bando PNRR “Produzione di idrogeno in aree industriali dismesse Hydrogen Valleys”, pubblicato dalla regione Friuli Venezia Giulia, e dal bando “HORIZON-JTI-CleanH2-2022-06-01: Hydrogen Valleys”.

          ai sensi dell’art.120 c. 1 lett. a) del D.Lgs. 36/23, la Committente si riserva la possibilità di affidare le seguenti attività opzionali:

          - (Attività 2) Progetto esecutivo dell’impianto di produzione di idrogeno (inclusi impianti accessori e opere civili, con esclusione delle specifiche tecniche dell’elettrolizzatore) di importo complessivo indicativo presunto Euro 72.104,70 inclusi oneri previdenziali, oneri e contribuzioni casse professionali (pari al 4%) e al netto di IVA nella misura delle disposizioni vigenti;

          - (Attività 3) Progetto esecutivo dell’impianto fotovoltaico (inclusa linea di distribuzione, cabina MT e impianto BESS e relativi impianti accessori ed opere civili) asservito all’impianto di produzione di importo complessivo indicativo presunto Euro 110.465,63 inclusi oneri previdenziali, oneri e contribuzioni casse professionali (pari al 4%) e al netto di IVA nella misura delle disposizioni vigenti.

          In merito alla modifica del contratto durante il periodo di efficacia, ai sensi dell’art.120 comma 1 lett. a) del D.lgs 36/2023 e ss.mm.ii. la Committente si riserva inoltre di opzionare, anche con più atti successivi, un incremento sino a concorrenza del 20% dell’importo contrattuale al verificarsi delle condizioni previste nel Capitolato Speciale d’Appalto, a cui si rinvia.
