          L’appalto in oggetto avrà una durata di 36 mesi dal relativo perfezionamento. La stazione appaltante si riserva, comunque, la facoltà di prorogare il rapporto contrattuale agli stessi prezzi, patti e condizioni come segue:

          I. per un periodo di 12 mesi (l’esercizio di tale opzione dovrà essere comunicato da CDP all’Appaltatore almeno 30 giorni prima della scadenza contrattuale).

          II. per un periodo di ulteriori 12 mesi (l’esercizio di tale opzione dovrà essere comunicato da CDP all’Appaltatore almeno 30 giorni prima della scadenza sub I.).

          Nell"importo complessivo posto a base di gara è prevista anche l"opzione, per CDP , di affidare all"Appaltatore lo svolgimento dei servizi presso sedi di nuova apertura. Dette attività costituiscono servizi analoghi affidabili all’Appaltatore ai sensi dell’articolo 76, comma 6 del D. Lgs. n. 36/2023 e s.m.i. nel triennio successivo alla stipula del contratto.
