         La gara ha per oggetto l’appalto integrato per la progettazione esecutiva e l’esecuzione dei lavori, sulla base di un progetto definitivo approvato dalla Stazione Appaltante, dei lavori di completamento e allestimento con relative forniture delle Sale Operatorie, Sale Rosse e Sala Autoptica del presidio ospedaliero Nuovo Ospedale Del Sud- Est Barese (Monopoli – Fasano), in località Monopoli (BA), con la formula “chiavi in mano”, in conformità con l’art. 44 co. 1 del Codice. L’intervento comprende anche tutte le lavorazioni di impiantistica meccanica occorrenti alla realizzazione ed allestimento delle nuove sale operatorie con interventi accessori presso il piano terra ed il piano primo del nuovo ospedale. L’allestimento comprende la fornitura arredi, segnaletica, arredi ed attrezzature sanitarie.

         Nello specifico si hanno:

         · N° 2 sale rosse al piano terra inserite nel reparto di pronto soccorso

         · N° 8 sale operatorie al piano primo per il comparto operatorio generale

         · N° 1 sala operatoria al piano primo posta all’interno del reparto di ginecologia ed ostetricia

         · Sala autoptica (livello -1)

         Le sale in oggetto risultano aree specialistiche in cui il presente intervento prevede l’esecuzione di tutti gli impianti meccanici occorrenti per la loro piena funzionalità, con collegamento all’impiantistica generale della struttura già predisposta nell’appalto generale in fase di conclusione.
