         L’appalto ha per oggetto l’affidamento dei servizi tecnici di ingegneria ed architettura afferenti alla direzione dei lavori, misura e contabilità, coordinamento della sicurezza in fase di esecuzione, sorveglianza del cantiere e attività tecniche a supporto dell’esecuzione dei lavori, relative al progetto denominato “LAVORI DI ADEGUAMENTO SISMICO E RIQUALIFICAZIONE FUNZIONALE, MESSA A NORMA I.T.T. FEDI/FERMI SEDE VIALE ADUA - PISTOIA 1° Lotto Finanziato dall’Unione Europea – Next generation EU – PNRR Missione 4 C.1 I. 3.3.”

         I contenuti delle prestazioni sono meglio specificati nel Capitolato Tecnico Prestazionale predisposto dalla Stazione Appaltante ed allegato alla presente procedura.

         Il costo delle sole lavorazioni, compresi oneri della sicurezza, relativo all’appalto oggetto di affidamento è pari ad € 9.533.194,60, come riportato nella tabella a seguire, cui corrisponde un importo complessivo di Quadro Economico pari ad € 12.766.955,65.

         L’importo a base d’asta relativo ai servizi oggetto della presente procedura di affidamento, al netto degli oneri previdenziali e assistenziali e IVA, ammonta ad € 426.897,85 (quattrocentoventiseimi- laottocentonovantasette/85) per la Direzione lavori e per il Coordinamento della sicurezza per l’esecuzione, come di seguito dettagliato:€ 426.897,85 Di cui per DL € 271.659,92 Per CSE € 155.237,93
