        La presente procedura ha ad oggetto l’affidamento del servizio di pulizia della sede dell’Ater di Gorizia sita in Corso Italia, 116 a Gorizia secondo quanto previsto nel Capitolato Speciale d’Appalto.

        Importo a base di gara, per la durata di 24 mesi: Euro 136.320,60

        Oneri per la sicurezza da interferenze non soggetti a ribasso: Euro 2.000,00

        Costi della manodopera stimati in Euro 108.454,40

        L’aggiudicatario del contratto di appalto è tenuto a garantire la stabilità occupazionale del personale impiegato nel contratto, assorbendo prioritariamente nel proprio organico il personale già operante alle dipendenze dell’aggiudicatario uscente, garantendo le stesse tutele del CCNL di cui all’art. 7 del presente Disciplinare.

        L’aggiudicatario si obbliga, solo in caso di necessità di nuove assunzioni per l’espletamento del servizio in argomento, a garantire le pari opportunità generazionali, di genere e di inclusione lavorativa per le persone con disabilità o svantaggiate, assicurando una quota pari ad almeno il 30% delle risorse complessivamente impiegate nell’appalto.

        A tal fine l’Operatore Economico indica nella Domanda di partecipazione le modalità con le quali intende adempiere a tale impegno.
