        a) inesistenza delle condizioni di esclusione di cui agli artt. 94/Cause di esclusione automatica, 95/Cause di esclusione non automatica e art. 98/Illecito professionale grave;

        b) iscrizione nel Registro delle Imprese tenuto dalla Camera di Commercio Industria, Artigianato e Agricoltura (o in uno dei registri professionali o commerciali dello Stato di residenza se si tratta di uno Stato dell"U.E., in conformità a quanto previsto dall’art. 100/Requisiti di ordine speciale, comma 3 del D.Lgs. n. 36/2023) per un’attività pertinente anche se non coincidente con l’oggetto dell’appalto. All’operatore economico di altro Stato membro non residente in Italia è richiesto di dichiarare ai sensi del decreto del Presidente della Repubblica del 28 dicembre 2000, n. 445 di essere iscritto in uno dei registri professionali o commerciali di cui all’Allegato II.11 del Codice;

        c) abilitazione all’accesso e all’esercizio dell’assicurazione diretta, per le tipologie di rischio oggetto di gara ai sensi del D.Lgs 209/2005 e s.m.i.

        d) impegno a garantire, in caso di aggiudicazione e laddove per l’esecuzione dell’appalto, ovvero per la realizzazione di attività ad esso connesse e strumentali, sia necessario procedere a nuove assunzioni, una quota almeno pari al 30% delle stesse (arrotondato all’unità) all’occupazione giovanile (under 36) ;
