         - di aver realizzato forniture ed installazioni analoghe a quella in oggetto (presentando un elenco con i principali contratti eseguiti negli ultimi cinque anni e la relativa durata) per un importo complessivo degli appalti non inferiore all’importo a base d’asta del presente appalto;

         - essere dotato di un sistema certificato secondo le norme UNI EN ISO 9001;

         - essere dotato di un sistema certificato secondo le norme UNI EN ISO 14001;

         - essere dotato di un sistema certificato secondo le norme OHSAS 18001;
