         L’affidamento ha per oggetto un contratto misto, di lavori e servizi di ingegneria e architettura, in quanto è prevista tanto la redazione del progetto esecutivo e coordinamento della sicurezza in fase di progettazione, quanto l’esecuzione dei lavori secondo le specifiche riepilogate di seguito e ben dettagliate nel progetto definitivo per la “Linea Rossa - Linea di collegamento Paolo VI Via Nenni – Pineta Cimino”. L’operatore economico che concorre alla procedura di affidamento deve possedere i requisiti di qualificazione e capacità prescritti dal codice per ciascuna prestazione di lavori e servizi prevista dal contratto. L’amministrazione contraente ha stabilito di ricorrere all’affidamento della progettazione esecutiva e dell’esecuzione di lavori sulla base del progetto definitivo, tenuto conto della novella normativa disposta dagli artt. 44 e 225 comma 9 del Codice.
