         pursuant to art. 35, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, the maximum value of the contract is equal to € 2.500.000,00 (Amount not subject to VAT pursuant to art. 8-bis of Presidential Decree 26.10.1972, n. 633), since the Administration reserves the the right to exercise the right of option, to be exercised in the following 36 months starting from the registration of the contract by the supervisory bodies, for the procurement of a further 22 APR systems, under the same terms and conditions that emerged during the award (except the application of the price revision clause indicated in the draft contract forming the basis of the tender), through the stipulation, with the successful economic operator, of specific negotiated procedures pursuant to art. 63, paragraph 3, let. b) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016.
