Oggetto della presente pubblicazione è la modifica alla Convenzione sopracitata conseguente alle modifiche progettuali intervenute durante la fase dei lavori.

Le modifiche contrattuali consistono:

- Nella modifica alle tecnologie e fasi esecutive dello scavo della galleria Lolli-Giustizia al fine di evitare i fenomeni di venute d’acqua accompagnati da trasporto di solido verificatesi in corso di esecuzione.

Importo del contratto principale: 17.678.067,04EUR (IVA esclusa).

Importo contrattuale per effetto delle modifiche precedenti: 17.761.407,70 EUR.

Modifiche oggetto della presente pubblicazione: 1 535 774,31 EUR.

Trattasi di maggiori lavori derivanti da circostanze impreviste e imprevedibili per la stazione appaltante ai sensi dell’art. 106, comma 1, lettera c del D.Lgs. 50/2016
