         Per essere ammessi alla gara i concorrenti devono possedere, alla data fissata quale termine per la presentazione dell’offerta, i seguenti requisiti:

         • Iscrizione alla C.C.I.A.A. (Registro delle Imprese) ovvero, se imprese non italiane residenti in uno Stato U.E., in analogo registro professionale o commerciale dello Stato U.E. di residenza;

         • Non trovarsi in alcuna delle situazioni che precludono la partecipazione alle gare ex articoli 94, 95 e 98 del D.Lgs. n. 36/2023, comprese quelle previste dalla normativa antimafia;

         • Possesso della certificazione SOA per la Categoria OG6, classe III-bis per il lotto 1, classe IV per il lotto 2, classe III-bis per il lotto 3, classe III per il lotto 4 e classe IV per il lotto 5.

         Raggruppamenti di imprese, Consorzi e reti di imprese: Si applicherà il disposto di cui all’art. 68 del D.Lgs. n. 36/2023.
