      L"Azienda Ospedaliera di Ferrara committente capofila si riserva di modificare, sospendere o revocare motivatamente il presente bando e di aggiudicare la gara anche in presenza di una sola offerta valida e congrua. Entro il termine di 60 giorni dall’aggiudicazione, l’aggiudicatario, ai sensi dell’art. 34 c. 35 del D.L. n. 179/2012, convertito dalla legge n. 221/2012, dovrà rimborsare alla stazione appaltante le spese per le pubblicazioni del bando. Non sono ammissibili offerte in aumento rispetto ai prezzi a base d"asta fissati dall"Azienda Ospedaliera committente, ne si individuano prestazioni che non possono a priori formare oggetto di sub appalto; l"Azienda Ospedaliera committente sottoporrà altresì a verifica le offerte che, secondo giudizi o dati obiettivi, appariranno anormalmente basse.
