      Trattandosi di gara telematica la pubblicità delle sedute è operata attraverso il portale. Conseguentemente, ogni concorrente potrà assistere, collegandosi al portale per il tramite della propria infrastruttura telematica, all"avanzamento delle fasi di gara.

      Ai sensi dell’art. 90 del d. Lgs. n. 36 del 2023 e fermo restando quanto previsto degli art. 29 del citato decreto, le comunicazioni inerenti alla procedura saranno effettuate all’indirizzo PEC comunicato al momento della registrazione al portale di e procurement e nella propria cartella personale disponibile sul portale (messaggio di sistema). È onere del Concorrente aggiornare tempestivamente qualsiasi variazione dell’indirizzo PEC.

      È possibile ottenere chiarimenti sulla presente procedura (con esclusione dei quesiti di natura informatica, connessi alle modalità di utilizzo del Portale, per i quali i Concorrenti potranno contattare l’apposito Centro Operativo) utilizzando la funzionalità “Messaggi” della Richiesta di offerta Telematica, che consente ai Concorrenti ed a Viveracqua di comunicare mediante la suddetta piattaforma.

      I quesiti andranno rivolti alla stazione appaltante almeno 10 giorni prima della scadenza del termine fissato per la presentazione delle offerte. 

      Le richieste di chiarimenti devono essere formulate esclusivamente in lingua italiana. Ai sensi dell’art. 164, comma 2, del Codice, le risposte a tutte le richieste presentate in tempo utile verranno fornite mediante la funzione “Messaggi”.

      Non sono ammessi chiarimenti telefonici.
