Attività accessorie che si sono rese necessarie per il corretto completamento dei lavori e la restituzione delle aree secondo le disposizioni fornite dai tecnici degli Enti coinvolti dagli interventi di progetto.

Modifiche contrattuali precedenti (perizia di variante n. 1 - GU S 2022/S 040-100583): esecuzione con modalità alternativa, senza interruzione del servizio metropolitano, dell’intervento di miglioramento del comportamento statico e impermeabilizzazione dall’arco rovescio eseguito dall’interno della galleria in regime di binario unico.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Necessità di eseguire alcune attività accessorie in galleria e superficie in connessione con le attività di cui alla perizia di variante n. 1 (realizzazione baggioli sotto piastra per iniezioni in galleria; realizzazione pavimentazioni, tappeto d’usura; esecuzioni di interventi di ripristino su infrastrutture interferenti con i lavori; realizzazioni sottofondi e sistemazione fondazione stradale propedeutiche alla realizzazione dei tappetini d’usura; realizzazione attraversamenti su incroci per trasporto miscele; realizzazione nuova fermata bus su marciapiedi civ. 35-37). Tali attività accessorie hanno determinato la necessità di una variante di assestamento a chiusura dei lavori.
