      a) The procurement procedures referred to in this announcement have been authorized - pursuant to art. 17, co. 1, of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 – with determination to contract n. 735 on 28.07.2023.

Only the part of the activity relating to cloud services and archiving in general can be subcontracted, while the rest must be carried out exclusively by the awarded economic operator, so that it can primarily carry out the editorial activities. Therefore, subcontracting is permitted according to the methods and provisions set out in art. 119 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023.
