VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):
Le modifiche contrattuali richieste si configurano ai sensi dell’art. 106 Dlgs 50/2016 c. 1 lett.c), come varianti in corso d’opera alla Convenzione e sono determinate da circostanze impreviste e imprevedibili per l’amministrazione aggiudicatrice, descritte e motivate dai RES
dei contratti di riferimento e dallo stesso Direttore del Dipartimento TI. Aumento nei limiti del 50% del valore del contratto originale pari al 16,4%.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:
Le modifiche contrattuali richieste si configurano ai sensi dell’art. 106 Dlgs 50/2016 c. 1 lett.c), come varianti in corso d’opera alla Convenzione, sono di natura quantitativa e ascrivibili: all’emergenza pandemica Covid 19,la quale ha richiesto il potenziamento delle infrastrutture per lavoro agile ed il potenziamento delle infrastrutture di cyber-sicurezza, al ritardo nella realizzazione dell’isola cloud al TIX che ha impattato sul numero di apparati in manutenzione e sugli interventi per la manutenzione dei Data Center Locali non dismessi, e alla necessità di acquisire supporto sistemistico full-risk sulle piattaforme del 112 la cui progettualità è stata successiva alla indizione della procedura. Inoltre è intervenuta anche una revisione dei prezzi sulla base degli indici ISTAT-FOI che ha determinato una ulteriore erosione degli importi del Quadro Economico non preventivata dal Collegio Tecnico nella stima iniziale dell’appalto.
