         I concorrenti devono dimostrare di aver realizzato complessivamente negli ultimi tre esercizi finanziari (2020-2021-2022) un Fatturato specifico minimo annuo nel settore di attività oggetto dell’appalto non inferiore a € 150.000,00 IVA esclusa. Il settore di attività è quello relativo ai servizi di consulenza gestionale realizzati a favore di pubbliche amministrazioni.

         In caso di raggruppamento temporaneo di imprese il requisito potrà essere soddisfatto dal raggruppamento nel suo complesso.(Vd. Sentenza Corte di Giustizia 28.4.2022 – Causa C - 642/2020)

         Ove le informazioni sui fatturati non siano disponibili, per le imprese che abbiano iniziato l’attività da meno di tre anni, i requisiti di fatturato dovranno essere rapportati al periodo di attività.
