Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Le modifiche apportate rappresentano un aggiornamento tecnologico non previsto all"atto di adesione alla Convenzione Consip Reti locali 7 lotto 3, ed il cambiamento del contraente risulta impraticabile per motivi tecnici, visto che il bene oggetto dell"acquisto è funzionalmente connesso a quanto fornito nel contratto principale e comporterebbe per ESTAR ritardi nella realizzazione del progetto, nei tempi previsti dal PNRR
