Variazione contrattuale ex art.106 comma 1 lett.b) del DLgs 50/2016 in merito all"adesione Consip Reti locali 7 lotto 3 ODA n.7139807 del 3/2/2023 integrazione schede progetto - Progetto PNRR M6 C2 1.1.1. Digitalizzazione DEA (apparati di rete destinati alla ASL Toscana Centro) Le variazioni sono tutte riportate nella deliberazione n.270 del 28/6/2023. Trattasi di modifiche tali da non alterare la natura sostanziale del contratto (art.106 comma 1 lett.e) che non comportano un aumento che eccede il 50% del valore iniziale del contratto (ex art.106 comma 7 dlgs 50/2016)

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Le modifiche apportate rappresentano un aggiornamento tecnologico non previsto all"atto di adesione alla Convenzione Consip reti locali 7 lotto 3, ed il cambiamento del contraente risulta impraticabile per motivi tecnici, visto che il bene oggetto dell"acquisto è funzionalmente connesso a quanto fornito nel contratto principale e comporterebbe per ESTAR ritardi nella realizzazione del progetto, nei tempi previsti dal PNRR
