Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

aggiornamento della parcella professionale in conformità al comunicato ANAC dell’8 novembre 2022 “Ulteriori Indicazioni sulle modalità di determinazione dei corrispettivi nell’affidamento dei servizi di architettura e ingegneria - ad integrazione del comunicato del Presidente del 3 febbraio 2021” ripreso poi dal comunicato del Consiglio Nazionale degli Ingegneri del 18/11/2022 e nuova quantificazione del corrispettivo professionale per le attività aggiuntive svolte (ulteriori compensi collegati alla revisione dei prezzi delle opere - art. 26 decreto legge 17 maggio 2022, n. 50 convertito dalla legge 15 luglio 2022 n. 91)
