         L’appalto ha per oggetto l’affidamento del servizio refezione scolastica, a ridotto impatto ambientale, ai sensi dei CAM approvati con D.M. 65 del 10/03/2020, nelle scuole dell’infanzia e primarie e presso l’asilo nido e il centro estivo del Comune di Mappano, comprendente tutte le attività relative alla preparazione, trasporto, consegna e somministrazione dei pasti destinati ad alunni, personale docente, nonché tutte le operazioni legate alla pulizia dei locali di consumo del pasto, degli arredi e di tutto quanto utilizzato per l’esecuzione del servizio di somministrazione dei pasti agli utenti e alla manutenzione ordinaria degli impianti, locali e dotazioni e alla riparazione/integrazione delle attrezzature e delle dotazioni utilizzate per il servizio. L"appalto prevede anche carico della Aggiudicataria la gestione amministrativo-contabile del servizio attraverso uno “ Sportello dedicato” attivato all’interno dei locali comunali.
