      L"Azienda Ospedaliera di Ferrara committente capofila si riserva di modificare, sospendere o revocare motivatamente il presente bando, anche limitatamente ad uno o più lotti e di aggiudicare la gara anche in presenza di una sola offerta valida e congrua sul singolo lotto. Entro il termine di 60 giorni dall’aggiudicazione, l’aggiudicatario, ai sensi dell’art. 34 c. 35 del D.L. n. 179/2012, convertito dalla legge n. 221/2012, dovrà rimborsare alla stazione appaltante le spese per le pubblicazioni del bando.
