        Procedura Aperta telematica per l"affidamento in concessione, ai sensi dell"art. 164 e seguenti del D.Lgs 50/2016 e ss.mm.ii, della gestione dell"Ospedale "Fratelli Montecchi" di Suzzara (MN) per un periodo di anni 10.

        Il valore stimato della Concessione è pari ad Euro 440.000.000,00 così costituito:

        - Euro 400.000.000,00 relativi al periodo contrattuale di anni dieci;

        - Euro 40.000.000,00 per opzione eventuale proroga fino ad un massimo di dodici mesi.

        L"importo a base d"asta relativo ai dieci anni di durata contrattuale è così costituito:

        - canone su base fissa: Euro 15.490.000,00;

        - canone su base variabile: 3% sull" incremento del valore della produzione rispetto al valore annuale della Concessione calcolato secondo le modalità contenute nella Documentazione a base di gara.

        Saranno ammesse solamente offerte pari o superiori alle suddette basi d"asta.
