         Oggetto dell’appalto è l’affidamento dei servizi di prescuola e pedibus nelle scuole d"infanzia e primarie statali del Comune di Ferrara dal 1 settembre 2023 al 31 agosto 2026 (aa.ss 2023/2024- 2024/2025- 2025/2026) L’importo a base d’asta soggetto a ribasso è pari a €/ora 24,50 IVA esclusa (importo complessivo stimato soggetto a ribasso pari ad € 733.162,50, si veda progetto allegato per il calcolo della base d’asta).

         L’importo degli oneri per la sicurezza da interferenze è pari a € 6.000,00. Iva e/o altre imposte e contributi di legge esclusi e non è soggetto a ribasso.

         Sono previste spese per la fornitura di materiale per le attività per € 7.200, oltre IVA 5%, non soggetti a ribasso.

         Perdurando le condizioni che hanno determinato il ricorso al presente appalto e qualora il servizio sia stato svolto in maniera pienamente soddisfacente per l’Amministrazione, accertato il pubblico interesse e la convenienza alla ripetizione del servizio, verificate le compatibilità di Bilancio, l’affidamento del servizio potrà essere rinnovato per ulteriori trentasei mesi, dal 01 settembre 2026 al 31 agosto 2029, conforme al progetto di base presentato, al soggetto aggiudicatario agli stessi patti e condizioni, per un importo presunto di € 740.362,50 oltre oneri della sicurezza per € 6.000,00 e oltre IVA.

         La stazione appaltante esercita tale facoltà comunicandola all’appaltatore mediante posta elettronica certi-ficata almeno tre mesi (3 mesi) prima della scadenza del contratto originario.

         Ai fini dell’art. 35, comma 4 del Codice, il valore massimo stimato dell’appalto, è pari ad € 1.492.725,00 al netto di Iva e/o di altre imposte e contributi di legge.
