         L’ aggiudicatario deve prestare cauzione definitiva e polizze assicurative costituite ai sensi dell’art. 103 del Codice e secondo le modalità di cui al Disciplinare.

         Gli stati di avanzamento lavori (SAL) ed i relativi pagamenti sono definiti negli atti di gara.

         Ai sensi dell’art. 35, comma 18, del Codice, come modificato dall’art. 207, comma 1 della legge n. 77/2020 di conversione con modificazioni del Decreto-legge n. 34/2020 (c.d. decreto Rilancio) e prorogato fino al 31.12.2022, dall’art 3 comma 4 dalla Legge n. 15 del 25 febbraio 2022 di conversione con modificazioni del D.L. n. 228 del 30 dicembre 2021 (c.d.
