         La presente concessione ha per oggetto la gestione dell’impianto natatorio comunale (di seguito denominato impianto natatorio) ubicato in Melzo – Via Buozzi n. 1, comprese tutte le strutture e infrastrutture in esso contenute. La gestione deve salvaguardare l’impianto natatorio sia tramite manutenzioni, adattamenti, sostituzioni, sia tramite una conduzione economica dell’impianto stesso secondo criteri di economicità, efficienza, efficacia, sicurezza, funzionalità, risparmio energetico. Previsto sopralluogo obbligatorio, opzione proroga tecnica semestrale. Durata del contratto: Cinque anni naturali e consecutivi dall’attivazione del servizio, come previsto dall’art. 4 del capitolato speciale.

         La presente concessione ha per oggetto la gestione dell’impianto natatorio comunale (di seguito denominato impianto natatorio) ubicato in Melzo – Via Buozzi n. 1, comprese tutte le strutture e infrastrutture in esso contenute. La gestione deve salvaguardare l’impianto natatorio sia tramite manutenzioni, adattamenti, sostituzioni, sia tramite una conduzione economica dell’impianto stesso secondo criteri di economicità, efficienza, efficacia, sicurezza, funzionalità, risparmio energetico.

         La gestione deve essere espletata nel pieno rispetto del capitolato, del contratto, del progetto esibito in sede di gara dal concessionario, dal piano economico-finanziario prodotto in sede di offerta economica, nonché della normativa vigente.
