         b) Possesso, ai sensi dell’art.83, comma 4 lett. c) del Codice, della copertura assicurativa RTC-RCO per responsabilità civile prodotti a copertura dei rischi ed a garanzia della conseguente responsabilità civile per danni a terzi, intendendosi per tali anche i dipendenti e comunque i collaboratori a qualsiasi titolo dell’impresa. I massimali previsti sia per la garanzia a copertura RCT che della RCO dovranno essere non inferiori a € 1.000.000,00 (unmilione) per ogni evento dannoso.

         d) Possesso di un adeguato standard di qualità da comprovarsi mediante la produzione di certificazione di qualità conforme alla norma UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 o successive versioni aggiornate, o certificazione equivalente, rilasciata nel settore oggetto di gara;
