        2) Revisione dei prezzi: i prezzi del servizio, formulati in sede di gara, saranno soggetti alla revisione dei prezzi, a partire dal secondo contratto applicativo e per massimo due volte nel corso della durata dell"Accordo Quadro, in aumento o in diminuzione, ad esito di istruttoria del RUP, facendo riferimento , per la componente riferita all"incidenza dei costi della manodopera (dichiarata nell"offerta) agli eventuali aumenti contrattuali sottoscritti a livello di contrattazione collettiva nazionale e, per la componente di prezzo riferita ai fattori della produzione diversi dalla manodopera, all"indice generale dei prezzi al consumo per le famiglie di operai e impiegati (FOI), senza tabacchi, riferito al valore medio congiunturale dei 12 mesi antecedenti la revisione.
