         L"importo complessivo è pari ad euro 2.440.374,74 oltre IVA di legge, di seguito suddiviso:

         - euro 1.144.814,97 per la manut. ord. preventiva, soggetto a ribasso di gara;

         - euro 1.273.775,85 servizio di manut correttiva a guasto, soggetto a ribasso di gara;

         - euro 1.783,92 quale importo per gli oneri della sicurezza, non soggetti a ribasso di gara;

         - euro 20.000,00 quale importo per eventuale servizio di aggiornamenti normativi (opzione attivabile ad esclusiva facoltà di ATAC), soggetto a ribasso di gara.

         Il dettaglio degli importi è indicato all"art. 2 del Capitolato Speciale.

         Ai sensi del co.16 dellart.23 del D.lgs. 50/2016 sono stati individuati i seguenti costi della manodopera: euro 987.559,33.

         Ai sensi dell"art. 106 co. 1 lett a) del D.Lgs 50/16, si procederà alla revisione dei corrispettivi in base all"attuale normativa, così come previsto all"art. 21 del Capitolato Speciale.
