        L"appalto potrà avere una durata inferiore qualora sopravvengano superiori disposizioni vincolanti per ATAC S.p.A., conseguenti al venir meno dell"affidamento totale o parziale del servizio di trasporto pubblico locale (TPL) da parte degli Organi Istituzionali ad ATAC medesima, che rendano impossibile la prosecuzione nei termini e con le modalità previste dal contratto stesso, considerato nella sua interezza.

        L"importo complessivo è pari ad euro 2.241.862,49, oltre IVA di legge, di seguito suddiviso:

        a) euro 2.006.883,20 quale importo per i servizi di controllo della vegetazione nella fascia strategica, soggetto a ribasso di gara;

        b) euro 124.407,01 quale importo per i servizi al di fuori della fascia strategica, soggetto a ribasso di gara;

        a1) euro 88.394,16 quale importo per gli oneri della sicurezza relativi al servizio di cui al punto a) non soggetti a ribasso di gara;

        b1) euro 22.178,12 quale importo per gli oneri della sicurezza relativi al servizio di cui al punto b) non soggetti a ribasso di gara;

        Il dettaglio degli importi è indicato allart. 2 del Capitolato Speciale.

        Ai sensi del co.16 dellart.23 del D.lgs. 50/2016 sono stati individuati i seguenti costi della manodopera: euro 990.684,69

        Ai sensi dellart. 106 co. 1 lett a) del D.Lgs 50/16, si procederà alla revisione dei corrispettivi in base allattuale normativa, così come previsto allart. 35 del Capitolato Speciale.
