il finanziamento graverà sui pertinenti capitoli di bilancio del Ministero della Difesa e in considerazione della natura pubblica del Contratto, ai sensi di quanto previsto dall’articolo 1, comma 4, del Decreto Legislativo 9 novembre 2012, n. 192, il termine di pagamento delle fatture sarà fissato in 60 (sessanta) giorni a decorrere dalla data di ricezione delle stesse da parte della Stazione appaltante.

L’aggiudicazione può aversi anche in presenza di una sola offerta valida.
In caso di gara deserta l’Amministrazione appaltante si riserva la facoltà di procedere mediante procedura negoziata senza previa pubblicazione del bando di gara, ai sensi dell’articolo 18, comma 2, lett. a) del d.lgs 208/2011.

La presente procedura di gara sarà di tipo dematerializzato ed utilizzerà la piattaforma telematica di Consip S.p.A.(www.acquistinretepa.it) in modalità ASP (Application Service Provider).

Tutte le regole per la partecipazione alla presente procedura e ogni altra prescrizione riguardante il procedimento di gara sono contenute nel disciplinare di gara e relativi allegati, che costituiscono parte integrante del presente bando di gara e sono visibili sul sito:

Ciascun operatore elegge domicilio, anche ai sensi dell"art. 52 del decreto legislativo n. 50/2016, nell"area del sistema a esso dedicata e all"indirizzo «PEC» indicato nella domanda di partecipazione.
Eventuali richieste di informazioni complementari e/o chiarimenti sul contenuto del presente bando di gara e degli altri documenti della procedura dovranno pervenire entro il termine delle ore 10:00 del giorno 5 luglio 2023.
Le prestazioni oggetto del contratto non sono soggette all"imposta sul valore aggiunto ai sensi dell"art. 8-bis del decreto del Presidente della Repubblica 26 ottobre 1972 n. 633 e successive modifiche.
L"aggiudicatario sarà tenuto a rimborsare all"A.D. le spese di pubblicazione del bando nella Gazzetta Ufficiale secondo la normativa vigente.
Si precisa che il termine di durata dell"appalto indicato nella sezione II.3) si intende a decorrere dalla notifica dell"esecutività del contratto.
