         CLAUSOLA SOCIALE: L"Impresa aggiudicataria ha l’obbligo di procedere all’inserimento lavorativo di persone svantaggiate come disciplinato all’art. 43 - Clausola Sociale - del capitolato descrittivo e prestazionale;

         CRITERI MINIMI AMBIENTALI: L’appaltatore dovrà rispettare le clausole contrattuali contenute nei “criteri minimi ambientali per l’affidamento del servizio di gestione e manutenzione del verde pubblico” DM n. 63 del 10 marzo 2020;

         DOMICILIO: L’impresa aggiudicataria al momento della aggiudicazione di ogni appalto specifico, dovrà dimostrare di essere in possesso di area idonea al ricovero dei mezzi e materiali necessari allo svolgimento del servizio entro un raggio di 20 KM dalla sede del Palazzo Municipale del Comune nel cui territorio si svolgerà il servizio;

         ATTREZZATURE: L’impresa aggiudicataria dovrà garantire, in base al lotto assegnato, di possedere o avere la disponibilità a qualsiasi titolo, delle attrezzature minime descritte nei Capitolati Tecnici.
