         L’oggetto del contratto risulta essere il seguente: concessione per la progettazione esecutiva, per la realizzazione di opere di riqualificazione energetica e di adeguamento impiantistico e per la gestione degli impianti di pubblica illuminazione del comune di Codogno ai sensi dell’art. 180 e seguenti del D.Lgs. 50/2016 e l’erogazione dei servizi da parte del concessionario per tutta la durata della concessione.

         Le attività oggetto della concessione dovranno essere svolte conformemente ai criteri ambientali minimi (CAM) approvati con DM 27 settembre 2017, in G.U. N. 244 del 18 ottobre 2017 e integrati con DM 28 marzo 2018, in G.U. n. 98 del 28 aprile 2018 “Criteri ambientali minimi per l’affidamento del servizio di illuminazione pubblica”.
