         Ai sensi dell’art. 24, comma 5, del D. Lgs. 50/2016, l’incarico dovrà essere espletato da professionisti iscritti negli appositi albi professionali, personalmente responsabili e nominativamente indicati, ivi compresa la specifica indicazione ed iscrizione al competente ordine professionale del soggetto firmatario del progetto. Inoltre, i professionisti singoli o associati, le società di professionisti, le società di ingegneria devono possedere i requisiti previsti rispettivamente dagli artt. 1, 2 e 3 del Decreto del Ministero delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti del 2 dicembre 2016, n. 263. Dovrà altresì essere indicata nel rispetto delle disposizioni normative di cui all’art. 31, comma 8, del D. Lgs. 50/2016, la presenza del geologo all’interno della struttura di progettazione, attraverso l’indicazione nominativa dello stesso. L’esecuzione delle prove geotecniche e geofisiche deve essere effettuata da Laboratori accreditati, ai sensi della Circolare ministeriale n. 7618/STC dell’8 settembre 2010 ed inseriti nell’elenco depositato presso il C.S.LL.PP., alla categoria A (prove su terre), e B (prove su rocce) e da Laboratori accreditati, ai sensi della Circolare ministeriale n. 7617/STC dell’8 settembre 2010 sui materiali da costruzione ed inserito nell’elenco depositato presso il C.S.LL.PP..

         Contract performance conditions:

         All’atto della stipula dell’Accordo quadro, l’aggiudicatario deve prestare garanzia definitiva e polizze assicurative costituite ai sensi degli artt. 103 e 24, comma 4, del Codice e secondo le modalità di cui al Disciplinare e della documentazione di gara. Ai sensi dell’art. 35, comma 18, del suddetto Codice, è prevista la corresponsione di un’anticipazione sul valore dei singoli contratti attuativi, nei termini percentuali previsti dalla normativa vigente.
