         Il presente accordo quadro ai sensi dell’art. 54 del Decreto Legislativo 18/04/2016, n. 50 ha ad oggetto l’affidamento ad un unico operatore economico di servizi bibliotecari da svolgersi presso le Biblioteche di Roma, come individuate nell’Elenco luoghi di esecuzione (Allegato B) allegato al Capitolato d"Oneri (Allegato A).

         Il presente appalto ha efficacia a decorrere dalla stipula del contratto tra Zètema e l’Appaltatore, che si presume possa avvenire a decorrere dal mese di luglio 2023, e terminerà il 31 dicembre 2023, nei limiti dell"importo massimo di spesa di Euro 375.000 IVA esclusa.

         La base d"asta è data dall"importo orario stimato per l"esecuzione dei servizi oggetto dell"accordo quadro, pari ad € 22,00 oltre IVA.

          In caso di mancato rinnovo del contratto oppure alla scadenza del contratto rinnovato, l’Appaltatore si impegna ad accettare un’eventuale richiesta di proroga tecnica del contratto stesso, ai sensi dell’art. 106, comma 11, del D.Lgs. 50/2016, per il tempo strettamente necessario alla conclusione delle procedure necessarie per l’individuazione di un nuovo contraente e comunque per una durata massima di ulteriori 6 mesi e nei limiti dell’importo massimo di spesa di Euro 205.000,00 IVA esclusa.

      Come previsto al punto 18 del Disciplinare lo svolgimento delle operazioni di gara avverrà in modalità interamente telematica.
