          La Stazione Appaltante intende avvalersi delle previsioni di cui all’art. 106 comma 1 lett. a) del D.Lgs. 50/2016 e ss.mm.ii affidando in un momento successivo all’aggiudicatario anche i lavori oggetto dell’opzione afferenti la “Fase 2”, per un importo pari ad Euro 280.000,00 IVA esclusa, in ragione del fatto che è ad oggi in corso la procedura per la definizione della copertura finanziaria di tali interventi opzionali . L’importo contrattuale relativo l’esecuzione dei lavori per la “Fase 2” sarà determinato applicando il ribasso unico percentuale offerto dal concorrente sull’importo a base gara soggetto a ribasso e sulle tempistiche di realizzazione.
