         L"appalto ha per oggetto il servizio di raccolta, trasporto e conferimento agli impianti di smaltimento e/o recupero e/o trattamento dei rifiuti solidi urbani prodotti in tutto il territorio comunale con il sistema porta a porta, nonché i servizi di igiene e nettezza urbana connessi, secondo le prescrizioni e modalità indicate nel capitolato prestazionale e disciplinare d’oneri .

         Il servizio dovrà essere espletato su tutto il territorio del Comune di Rignano Garganico, comprese le frazioni, entro i limiti territoriali urbani e sub-urbani, nel rispetto del D.Lgs. n. 152 del 03 aprile 2006 e ss.mm.ii.

         Il trasporto e, quindi, il relativo conferimento dei rifiuti si estenderà sino al luogo di ubicazione dei rispettivi impianti pubblici di smaltimento e/o trattamento e/o recupero, esistenti al momento dell"attivazione del servizio, posti a servizio del bacino ATO FG.

         Più specificatamente, i servizi oggetto dell"appalto sono quelli contemplati all’art. 7 del relativo capitolato prestazionale e disciplinare d’oneri.
