         Possono partecipare alla presente gara i soggetti di cui all’art. 45 del d.lgs. 18 aprile 2016, n. 50 (d’ora avanti anche Codice) iscritti nel registro tenuto dalla Camera di Commercio – Registro delle Imprese o altro Registro Commerciale di uno Stato membro per attività prevalenti coerenti con quelle oggetto della presente procedura di gara.

         Sono ammessi a partecipare esclusivamente i produttori dei veicoli base o gli allestitori dei veicoli finiti.

         Gli operatori economici partecipanti dovranno essere in possesso della certificazione UNI EN ISO 9001 vigente, rilasciata da un organismo accreditato, che dovrà riguardare espressamente la progettazione, lo sviluppo e la produzione dei mezzi oggetto della presente fornitura.

         Tale requisito, in caso di raggruppamento temporaneo di imprese, dovrà essere posseduto dalle singole imprese che lo costituiscono. In caso di consorzio, dovrà essere posseduto dal consorzio che esegue in proprio le prestazioni e dalle singole imprese consorziate per le quali il consorzio concorre.
