         Sono ammessi a partecipare alla gara tutti i soggetti indicati all’art. 45 del D.Lgs. 50/2016. Si rinvia al bando integrale per ulteriori informazioni e precisazioni.

         L’operatore economico – nonché l’eventuale impresa ausiliaria e gli eventuali subappaltatori – deve essere in possesso dei requisiti di ordine generale di cui all’art. 80 del D.Lgs. 50/2016.
